Order Delivery Time

When will my order arrive?
The arrival time depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery representative. We work with a group of delivery agents located in major cities. Typically, order confirmation takes 1 to 3 days.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
At present, our shipping partners only deliver domestically and to specific cities listed on the delivery page.
However, you may request international shipping by contacting our team via WhatsApp. Please provide us with details regarding the product weight, and we will check pricing with international shipping carriers not currently listed on the store.

Products with Manufacturing Defects

What should I do if the product has a manufacturing defect?
You should read the Exchange and Return Policy to understand the terms of returns and exchanges in detail.
In the event of a product defect where a return is approved, the shipping cost will be calculated and the shipping fee will be refunded to the customer. However, the value of the product itself will not be refunded to the customer, in accordance with the store’s approved return policy.

Bulk Orders and Discounts

I would like to order large quantities; is there a discount?
The store provides delivery services for bulk orders, and there is a discount ranging from 10–20% on certain products.
