Return Period
Customers are permitted to request a return for received products within three days only from the date of receipt. Returns are processed via the shipping company that delivered the order, and the customer bears the full cost of return shipping fees.
Return Conditions
Returned goods must be in the exact condition as received by the customer. They must remain in the original packaging, unopened, unused, free from any signs of use or damage, and must include all attachments that came with the product. The return will be refused if the product is returned in an undesirable or unsalable condition.
Exchanges and Manufacturing Defects
Products may be exchanged if they have a manufacturing defect or do not match the specifications listed in the product description. This is done by contacting Customer Service via WhatsApp and providing full details of the defect.
Shipping Costs
The customer bears the cost of shipping or delivery in the case of a return, unless the error was caused by the online store's team.
Exceptions
Exceptional policies apply to certain products, such as herbs, spices, and medical products, to preserve public health. You will be notified of any specific exceptions during the return process.
Return and Exchange Procedures
Request Submission: The customer submits a return request by contacting us through official communication channels within the specified period (three days).
Selection: Choose the order from your order list, select whether to return the entire order or specific products, and ensure you select the reason for the return.
Review: We will receive the request, review it, and contact the customer to understand the reasons for the return. We will respond with acceptance or rejection within 24 hours of us receiving the returned products.
Carrier: The return must be made via the same shipping company that delivered the order to you.
Waybill: Store management will issue a return waybill and send it to the customer. The customer must then drop off the return package at the nearest branch of the shipping company and notify the store that the shipment has been handed over.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. It may take a few days for the refund to be executed and appear in your financial account.
Cancellation Fees: If a customer wishes to cancel a purchase order paid via an electronic payment card, the customer bears the fees for refunding the purchase amount, depending on the type of card used.
Electronic Refunds: For payments made via electronic cards, the amount is returned to the same card after the product is received. The duration for the refund to reflect on the card may vary from one customer to another, according to the refund policies of the customer's bank, and may take up to 3 days.
